KIPPIS DRINKS – COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS (CLOSED)

IMPORTANT NOTICE: This Promotion is now closed. No further entries will be accepted.

These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) are for all entrants who enter the Kippis Drinks Pty Ltd Australia Instagram Giveaway (“Promotion”). Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these T&Cs. The “Promoter” is Kippis Drinks Pty Ltd (ABN 78672287679) of 6/28 Victoria Parade Manly NSW 2095.

ELIGIBILITY

This Promotion is open to Australian residents only. Entrants must be aged 21 years or older to enter this Promotion. The Promotion is only open to individuals residing within a 100km radius of the Harbord Hotel (29 Moore Road, Freshwater NSW 2096).

Please note that this promotion does not cover any travel or accommodation to enjoy the prize. It is the responsibility of the entrants to cover any travel or accommodation costs.

The following are ineligible: (i) employees of the Promoter, Kippis Drinks Pty Ltd, or any of the Promoter’s agencies that are associated with the Promotion; (ii) the spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling of an excluded employee; and (iii) any person who the Promoter has previously notified is not permitted to enter the Promoter’s promotions.

PROMOTION PERIOD

This Promotion commences from the 13th of December 2024 and ends at 11:59 pm on 15th of January 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

HOW TO ENTER

To enter this Promotion, eligible individuals must, during the Promotion Period

• Follow @drinkkippis

• Tag a minimum of three friends in the giveaway post comments

• Share the post to your story and tag @drinkkippis

It is a condition of entering the Promotion that entrants agree for their personal information to be added to the Promoter’s database and to be used in accordance with the purposes set out in these T&Cs.

ON ENTRY

Unlimited entry is permitted per eligible person.

PRIZE

There are three (3) prize packs to be won. Each prize pack consists of one (1) case of Kippis and one (1) Finska game, for a total of three (3) cases of Kippis and three (3) Finska games to be awarded. The approximate total retail value of all prizes combined is AUD $100.00. The case of Kippis must be collected in person by each winner from the Harbord Hotel (29 Moore Rd, Freshwater NSW 2096), while the Finska game will be sent by post.

WINNER SELECTION

The winners will be randomly selected on the 16th of January 2025.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

The winners will be notified via an Instagram story and direct message and their entries may be published on @drinkkippis.

GENERAL

Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

If there is a dispute as to the identity of the entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

Prizes are subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.

If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter at its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
